Make ln -s resolv.conf more agressive

In the case of conventional kickstart the /etc/resolv.conf is already present on first boot after install.

The important limiting condition is /etc/firstboot.

This will now overwrite the file NetworkManager created with a symlink still only if /etc/firstboot is present.
