Fixes to build on Fedora 39

Jan van Eldik requested to merge vaneldik/lpadmincern:vaneldik-master-patch-10368 into proactive

The 3 fixes below allow me to build the RPM on Fedora 39.

I believe it is highly likely that they will be necessary on RHEL10, so please consider them as pro-active changes.

I have tested that they do not break build & install on CC7, RHEL8 and RHEL9
