Support new project for aarch64 builds

As we now have a ARM CI VM building project support arm virtual machine testing.

The ARM projects also have x86_64 flavors in them ( for some reason ) which is why the query for smallest flavor had to become more elaborate.

Ignore the red failure in here as I am running branches of kiwi-profile against this branch.
