Support a ref of the custom script

While trying to do in a test run in the locmap functional tests

linuxsupport/rpms/locmap/locmap-functional-tests!3 (merged)

You really want to be able to specify a branch of the custom script so you when you work on a branch of locmap-functional-tests you can use that branch.
