Helicity cross sections for angular coefficients reweighting

  • This updates the binning to be in sync with what is needed for the unfolding
  • Additional samples from 2017 and 2018 are included to increase statistical precision
  • Another resource files with nnpdf3.1 is added produced with the 10B nanoGen samples (that only have nnpdf3.1)
