Add in notebooks for aSe x-ray data analysis

Selenium x-ray tests, one notebook for HV scans and the other for tube V scan. Lots of unnecessary duplication in the beginning, but it was easier to copypaste than clean up, including sorting out definitions and package imports etc. Can do it at some point, but useful to have these stored for now.
