As @hsakulin suggested I submit new features for review. Please let me know whether you have any suggestions regarding names, messages or conditions. Here are 2 Logic Modules to check HLT output bandwidth. Note that the monitored value is taken from BUSummary.FuOutputBandwidthInMB which is retrieved from flashlist, not from DAQ.hltRate that was discussed with @andreh12 at some point and which was taken from F3 that was periodically unavailable from F3 script.

Confirmation of the threshold values would be helpful as well. I set up 4000MB/s for "Too high HLT bandwidth" and 6000MB/s for "Extreme HLT bandwidth".
