Add a CfgGetter method for a separate Algorithm to run MDT Digitization in Overlay jobs (`MDT_OverlayDigitizer`). Tweak CfgGetter method for `Mdt_OverlayDigitizationTool`, so that the SDO collection is written directly to the output StoreGate instance for MC Overlay jobs. Former-commit-id: 0dc0a4ee
