R matrix calculation in beambeam

Fix the calculation of the R matrix in beambeam - missing factor of 2 when removing the feed-down effect.

This bug has been present even in the old TRAIN code but went unnoticed as it does not significantly affect the orbit, only the quantities derived from the maps (e.g. twiss parameters).
