Improve cpymad interface, add map processors interface, add orbit correction processor

  • Improve cpymad interface: remove the need to reflect B2 (was only used for survey); add option to limit active IPs
  • add interface to pass a callback (maps processor) to the solver which is called at every outer iteration to modify the maps
  • add a processor to correct the orbit via SVD
