Enable netdev Collector for Node Exporter

This patch adds the --collector.netdev option to the Node Exporter's configuration in the daemonset.yaml template. This change ensures that metrics related to network device statistics, such as the number of bytes processed, are exposed.

This update addresses a request from the DIR team, who identified that these metrics were missing because the netdevcollector is not enabled by default. A future improvement will make the collectors configurable, allowing users to specify their preferred collectors.
