[MPESW-426] added way to define java_home

The default JDK is now 11 PM must use JDK 8 so far The only way is to have the start script contain the JAVA_HOME defined to use /usr/java/jdk1.8

The solution is based on a condition include in the start script, the variable java_home must be defined in the client inventory
