Update message to display what agent a check is running on

Will Holbrook requested to merge add-clearer-message-on-check-for-agent-type into master

Add in an echo in the check command to allow easier understanding of what agent a command is being ran on

Can't directly update the stage name it'self as all stages are resolved at the run time
