[MPESW-2272]-QF: Consider the exit code 2 to be okay for locmap

After the locmap called failed the past 1st of May I started taking a look at this.

What was done

Write some more code so we consider the exit code 2 valid for locmap.

This time I tried to be as thorough as possible to avoid any more surprises. I ran the script and the whole if in one of the agents and verified it is working properly.

• Please tell me if you feel like the new script should have a different placement. I thought about renaming the checks directory or just deleting it all together (it's only 3 scripts for now).
