Added hierarchical architecture with configurable delay. Verified with cocotb. Added latency check in tb and information to distinguish which check failed in a simulation. Updated create_run tcl file to, if requested, generate runs with all generics options for the top-level. Added automatically-generated file with the project settings. Added shell script to generate project. The Runs have not been added to the project. One can execute the script in src/tcl/create_csn_run.tcl with the desidered settings. Updated .gitignore file.
