Upgrade 2 Chain Prototype

First attempt at a chained job for a mixture of stacks. This can be a step towards the full lhcb-run5 stack while compatibility issues are fixed between the gauss, boole and Moore steps.

This job is therefore expected to often fail, but if it succeeds this is a result

Note: Currently using very default handler with porting all results from the out coming root files. Better handler to be used if jobs succeed and results desired.

This MR would benefit from the fixes planned in https://gitlab.cern.ch/mslater/lhcbupgrade2stacktester/-/issues/13 , being able to run the Gauss and Boole handlers on those steps.
