Setting up HepMC3 for Sherpa_i.

As it turns out, the Sherpa version provided by LCG_97 depends on
HepMC3 itself. To be able to link against it, we have to set up
HepMC3 for the runtime environment. (But we don't need to link
the Sherpa_i code against it!)
