Adding ZeroSuppression service to read and monitor ZeroSuppression parameters.

Some modifications on ZeroSuppression API (backward compatible): is optional in xml document.

Moving to CMake3: add support for debuginfo packages (suitable to debug production code)

Rename "linux" symbol, seems to create some trouble with latest CC7 compilers.

Merge request reports
