Improvements

Two improvements in the n_ToF Cameras app:

1. one is to prevent video frames overload on the client side during rendering which can lead to excessive memory consumption and, in the worst cases, a browser crash (see here);
2. the other is about the addition of a camera description that can be displayed by hovering the mouse over the rectangle containing it (as shown below).
