Fix jnlp files on the fly

Merged Gabriele De Blasi requested to merge wip-ipmi_frw_update into master

After updating IPMI Firmware to 3.40 version:

  • Java app and related libraries can be downloaded from server directly;
  • the server checks the 'Referer' header field of request to issue the JNLP file.
