Before submitting this Merge Request I change all the references of the cern-sso-proxy to use the stable tag in:

In its own repo
In the template deployed with puppet
In existing apps using the cern-sso-proxy Grafana template is still missing as I will do it today with Ignacio from DB to show him how the CI works.

The new deployment is based on what was discussed in https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/CIPAAS-163
