First version
This is a first version of the operator for https://gitlab.cern.ch/webservices/webframeworks-planning/-/issues/964
It's working well on my dev cluster but there's still work to do on:
- configuration (which must be different per cluster flavor)
- helm chart (in particular RBAC)
- a few minor things to improve/finalize in the code, look for
TODOcomments
