Tile COOL DB folders with pulse shape and autocorrealtion
matrix are not set up in the case when OFCs are taken from DB.
But Tile Matched filter used for reconstruction of Tile raw channels
needs always these folders because calculation of OFC on the fly,
which requires these folders, is used anyway in this method.
Set up of Tile COOL DB folders for Matched filter has been fixed.

Tile data corruption monitoring histograms have been fixed
in the fork after the first event workflow during raw to esd step.
