DataModelRunTests: Update for file catalog changes. · c412286f

Fix tests to work properly with new file catalog implementation.
  - Always delete catalog at the start of a run.
  - Don't write a PoolFileCatalog.xml; always rename to a test-specifiic name.
  - Update reference files correspondingly.

Fixes ATN failures.
