remove ifdef ATHENAHIVE, add timing test (StoreGate-03-10-00)

	* removed all #ifdef ATHENAHIVE, make serial StoreGate behave
	  like MT StoreGate with 1 concurrent store
	* use unique_ptr<std::recursive_mutex> in SGHiveEventSlot
