CaloRec: Note output of CaloCellGetter in objKeyStore.

Record the output type/key of CaloCallGetter in objKeyStore under Transient.
To be used to allow AthenaOutputStream to set up input dependencies.

Also fix a few places where the type name was missing a namespace qualifier.
