CoralDB: Suppress a gcc8 warning from boost.

Suppress a gcc8 warning from boost (in mpl/assert.hpp).
(Binaries apparently include boost with -I rather than -isystem.)
Fixed in boost 1.68 (see https://github.com/boostorg/mpl/issues/31)
