Use ActiveStoreSvc to pick event store Fix ATLASSIM-4604

The EventSelectorByteStream and ByteStreamInputSvc should always referr
to same event store. The AciteStoreSvc should ensure this even in
configurations whith multiple and/or custom event stores, such as
overlay jobs.
