Drop keyless retrieve of xAOD::EventInfo in CscDigitizationTool 

CscDigitizationTool was retrieving an `xAOD::EventInfo` object from the
`evtStore` and storing the event and run numbers in member variables.
These values were only used in two DEBUG messages.
