Adding missing PathResolver line (JetUncertainties-00-09-61)

	* Taught the CMake configuration how to build the package in
	  standalone mode.
	* Greatly simplified the way the configuration files are
	  declared for installation with CMake.
	* Updated MakeUncertaintyPlots.cxx and testTool.cxx to have
	  explicit dependencies on xAODRootAccess. Since they do.
	* Updated the RootCore configuration to express this explicit
	  dependency.
	* Tagging as JetUncertainties-00-09-50
