Pythia8_i: Fixes for some old cmt code. 

Don't rely on the PYTHIA8_VERSION cmake variable --- it can be set wrong.
Instead, get the version from PYTHIA8_INCLUDE_DIR.

Remove some old CMT-dependent code.
