Replace the datasets for the FTK tests

The datasets used for teh FTK tests had issues with the FTK tables. These changes replace the
FTK datasets with more recent mc16e samples which should fix this. Also improved the check for
new datasets to avoid datasets being included multiple times in the jira request.
