Obtain IProxyDict pointer used during T->P conversion of HepMcParticleLinks from EventContext 

`SG::CurrentEventStore::store()` is still used during P->T conversion as this has to work with
the pile-up digitization use-case, where multiple `StoreGateSvc` instances are used.
