tau PHYSVAL monitoring update (tau container dropped from xAOD)

Hello,

This MR is dropping the monitoring of the charged PFOs of the taus, because the corresponding container (TauChargedParticleFlowObjects) was recently dropped from xAODs (!37638).
Without this fix, the PHYSVAL monitoring would crash.
