Class GUID queries fixes in APR and TriggerSerializer 

Fixes to trigger T/P serializer to reduce the number of class GUID
queries which require full type table scans and possibly create hell
with ROOT6
Fixes to APR to do type table scans for GUID with minimal
autoloadiing/parsing
