fixed PersistencySvc_Functionality test (Tests-00-02-12)

	code piece for the no longer existing 'update' functionality
	* cleaned up reference logs - note: they are not used for anything

	* Adding a hand-crafter CMakeLists.txt file to the package.
	* It sets up all the tests that are defined for CMT as well.
	* Unfortunately PersistencySvc_Functionality is failing in
	  the CMake build at the moment. But it will have to be
	  fixed by the package authors...
	* Removed the executable flag from all of the source files.
	* Tagging as Tests-00-02-11
