This tool runs during derivation and adds Higgs STXS truth information to the AOD.
To run it requires the TruthConverters package that was not yet in the release.
Additionally I had to make a couple of modifications to the HiggsTruthCategoryTool which is only used by this tool.
I was able to successfully run on a Higgs AOD with this enabled as part of PHYS and the results looked reasonable.

struct/class consistency.

Missing find_package for Boost.

This way the C++ code would know when to use either HepMC 2 or 3 during
the build...

Fix bug introduced in the flake8 cleanup (!38139).

Remove reference to obsolete header StoreGate.h.

Remove `atlas_depends_on_subdirs` and cleanup library dependencies.

This code is used within the Higgs group for the truth-level
classification of events. It needed some minor updates for Rivet and
HepMC version migrations.
