When we were developing the muon triggers for Run 3, we started by adding some test triggers that run a subset of the full muon trigger chains. Since we now have well validated full muon triggers, these development triggers can be cleaned up (ATR-22182). The following has been removed:
- the 'fast' muon chains and definition that run only the L2 SA step
- the 'Comb' chains and definition which run only the L2 SA and combined steps
- the 'ivar' chain, definition and sequence, which runs the L2 steps plus a L2 isolation (which is not currently planned to be used in standard chains)
- the combined chains that used the 'fast' muon sequence were updated to use the full single muon seqeunce

References were updated to take into account the removed/updated triggers.

Updating the L1 item used in the late muon trigger to the L1Topo late muon trigger, and updating the trferences accordingly.

Also, improve PF configuration to use recoDict instead of using always
the same.
Introducing 'default' as default jetCalib dict entry which has a
different meaning for each jet collection.

Use ToolHandleArray of RegSelTools in RoIPEBInfoWriterTool and adapt the configuration of the clients (TriggerMenuMT and TrigP1Test)

Updating the muon InDetCandidateAlg to be able to skip using the InDetTrack selection tool, and updating the trigger configuration to not use apply the InDetTrack selection. It turns out that this cuts out quite a number of ID tracks, and does seem to have some impact on low pT muons.
Also added as mall change to initialise the ReadHandle for teh forward track particles only if it's actually needed.

The RegSelTestAlg, TRTRawDataProvider and the RoIPEBInfoWriterTool were still accessing
the old RegSelSvc, the TRTRawDataPRovider was just overlooked, whereas the other two were
looping over the RegSelEnum to call the RegSelSvc on all the systems.

These have been fixed now.
