Remove large radius tracking (LRT) test because LRT is now on by default.

do not make use of deprecated dynamic alignment flags.

Add two new tests to run the physics validation code in two configurations, using AOD from the latest MC setup.

Also add art command to retain the log.* files frome each test.

Add a no pileup version of that test.

Remove data17 fpe test because we only run with fpe on the latest data.

running on both data20 cosmics streams.

Delete obsolete packages and some files referencing their content.
