Remove `atlas_depends_on_subdirs` and cleanup link dependencies.

There is already a library that provides the public headers and hence
the `atlas_install_headers` is redundant.

fixing mostly remaining tests with ref files containig AtlasFieldSvc, plus some small corrections for previous MR

Also, the SolenoidParametrization is turned into conditions data.

Tests have been timing out in nightly builds.

Suppress ubsan warnings coming from cling.

The tool was caching event information in member variables.
Rework to remove some of this information and assocciate the rest
with the TrackSurfaceIntersection object.
Results are identical, as per RunTier0Tests.

Also changed CRLF line endings to LF.

    
Add a simple unit test for SolenoidalIntersector.

- Delete all obsolete src/components/*_load.cxx files
- Remove obsolete DECLARE_FACTORY_ENTRIES within src/components/*_entries.cxx

The removed macros evaluate to NULL on the Gaudi side and have
been kept only for backwards compatibility.
