update master_q431_AOD_digest to account for differences due to correct errors in PV position in data

Hello,

This MR is simply migrating the "ExtrapolatedStauTrackParticles" and "CombinedStauTrackParticles" containers from the tau category to the muon category.
"Staus" is currently under muons, so I assume that's a fair thing to do, these collections are not produced by tau reconstruction.
Unfortunately these are small collections, so we do not transfer much disk footprint :-)

reorganise to use old intersection within pattern and switch to new logic after obtaining the final candidate

Fill in the project_name entry when we're peeking in a BS file.
Needed for the new btagging configuration to work with run1 files.

The previous commit changes the output of q221 and q431 jobs, and the
reference outputs must be updated to reflect this.

We have changed the physics output of the q221 and q431 jobs slightly,
and the reference files must be changed in order to reflect these
changes.

PyUtils + PROCTools: Add regex support to diff-root and add diff-root exclusion list support to RunTier0Tests.py

modification of memory leak report (can report when job is killed). removing memory analysis from DQMerge.

Several improvements for `acmd.py cmake depends`:
- Dependencies of an external library where not displayed correctly.
  Also warn the user in case the `--external` option is not used.
- Improve filtering of custom targets. Instead of using a hard-coded
  list, parse the graphiz legend and use the target types for filtering.
- Add an `--all` option to disable any filtering of custom targets.
- Add a testing script. It's not run as a unit test because the output
  of the script would of course change from nightly to nightly. But it
  can be used as a manual test script to find regresssions.

This is superseced by AsgMessaging/AsgMessaging*.h, though in some
places extra includes are needed.

Execute test_HelloWorldTrf in a subdirectory.  Otherwise, files it
needs (such as runargs.athena.py) can be clobbered by other
concurrently executing tests.

Have MetaReader recognize keys in CLASS_SGKEY form as well.
Fixes problems seen in TrigAnalysisTest.
