This MR modifies the tools for negative energy calo cluster and PFO container thinning to such that, if the container to be thinned is missing, the job returns STATUSCODE::SUCCESS rather than FAILURE, as well as printing a message.

This MR reverses one of the changes made in the AOD reduction TF (!1125) and restores the ENG_FRAC_MAX and FIRST_ENG_DENS to the xAOD. This is required since they are needed by tauCP.
