Added energy ordering mode for Athena vs MT comparison. Added optional GeoID recalculation in SimKernelMT. Now consistent

Expand minbias files wildcard. Move them ot TestDefaults.

Correct dSFMT use and implementation for PU config.

Relocate to central config folder.
Create and use an Overlay-specific version.

Remove unused import

This test also uses jobNumber=568, to catch issues like the one reported
in ATLASSIM-4667 in the future. Existing tests all used jobNumber=1.

Fix or remove `atlas_install_*` statements that do not reference any
files.

Pile-up is now managed by `xAOD::EventInfo`. `PileUpEventInfo`
is therefore no longer used, so `PileUpEventInfoTest` and
associated tool are renamed to reflect the changes:
`PileUpEventInfoTest{Tool}` -> `EventInfoTest{Tool}`

Also took this opportunity to adopt use of new-style
`StoreGate` retrieves.

migrated MdtCalibrationTool to use mag field from cache, and added support to checkMetaSG to dump out field info in pool file

Add Muon digitization to the new/old comparison test. Revert names to inconsistent old style to set random seeds the same. Make minor patches to LAr, TRT.
