Partially addresses ATEAM-677

This commit resolves some potential future problems with AMG vectors
being passed by reference in the graphics realm, and the code is adapted
to work seamlessly with a pass-by-value approach.

Now need to explicitly need to request calculation of HV data.

Previous value was set to the total  total number
of samplers that all monitors of the same type have to connect.
New value is the number of samplers per monitoring task.

- cleanup link dependencies

Possible that a few extra fixes will be needed for VP1Light once that is
being built again.

Delete VP12DGeometrySystems and VP12DGeometryPlugin, which do not seem
to be used and are not compiled in athena currently.

Fix or remove `atlas_install_*` statements that do not reference any
files.

The 'Blue' selector for the blue version of the ATLAS logo was disabled
in the masterc version of VP1. That because we had no blue versions of
the new logo with transparent background. Thus, I created them from .ai
files (Adobe Illustrator) and saved them in all the needed sizes. Then I
re-enabled the selector and updated the code.

SealSvc does not have any useful function any more

Missing find_package for CLHEP.
