Remove `atlas_depends_on_subdirs` and fix link dependencies.

After some discussion it is agreed that the muon quality flag DFCommonMuonsPreselection, which is computed at the derivation level, should be included in the common slimming list (and consequently in DAOD_PHYS). This MR adds the variable to the relevant place.

Also remove some deprecated truth-related modules and adjust last
remaining references to them in JetD3PDMaker.

Package only contains one obsolete "tagging" tool and other unused job
options and python modules. Package has not seen updates in a long time.

Hide [[nodiscard]] attribute from cling.
Otherwise, we get spurious warnings from the code generated by cppyy.

Package is not used anywhere and has not seen any significant updates in
a long time. Moreover, D3PD making is mostly deprecated.

Remove `atlas_depends_on_subdirs` and tidy link dependencies.

Remove `atlas_depends_on_subdirs` and simply handling of HepMC external.

Package is not build in analysis releases. Remove the cmake code related
to that and the unused library.

Added relevant class components for FE histogram filling. Compiles, but is not necessarily correct runtime at present

Remove `atlas_depends_on_subdirs` and update link dependencies to what
is actually used by the source files.

Restore AODToEgammaD3PD.py; used for testing.

Fix comparison in makexAOD.py broken by flake8 changes.
