Updating efficiency reference chains from HLT_j80_L1J15 to HLT_j85_L1J20 in jet trigger monitoring tool

Also, improve PF configuration to use recoDict instead of using always
the same.
Introducing 'default' as default jetCalib dict entry which has a
different meaning for each jet collection.

Added safety check when accessing jet variables to prevent crashes. Also added kinematic histograms for various calibration scales.
