Optimize GRAPPA calls, enhance cache, bug fixes batch

Following DBoD crash on first stress test run:

• optimize Grappa calls
  • use /precomputed to get group members faster
  • increase cache
  • investigate queries to optimize them
• fix bug discovered with a filled DB
• enhance long queries
