Tags: show tags in the notification details and in the services list

Show notification tags:

• in the list of notifications
• in the details of a notification

The tag should be clickable and the user should see all notifications with the that tags after clicking

• Show all tags for a given service in the services list

The user should be able to see all possible tags for a given service, to filter notifications based on one of the tags
