Pinned notifications

User should be able to have pinned notifications:

• in the list, via "pin" button
• in the details via, use a notification button to set the notif as pinned
• pinned notifications should be synchronized with the server.
• when displaying search results (if the same list view is re-used), pinned notifications should not be displayed as pinned but they should appear in the list as the others.
