Email template changes

CERN Stores - 9 Oct Email look not consistent with web (example notif)

• Paragraphs have a different background color in some places
• Image is not placed/spaced correctly on email (browser outlook)

We decided to try a couple things to address it:

• Change email grey background to white, and instead have a grey border around the email.
• Add a small disclaimer that lets users know that the content will be better displayed on the site This notification looks better on the site. or If content is not rendering as expected, try the site..
